beginning Monday, April 11 at 10 a.m.
(After 5 p.m. May 6, phone orders will no longer be accepted.)

2022 WHC RV Reservation Information

NO RV SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
(AS OF 4/18/2022)

RHAA Competitors & those with the WHC Horse Sale will need to contact the Expo Center General Office to make reservations.

RV spots are $180.00 *Pricing is a flat rate regardless when you arrive or type of hookup, earliest arrival is Wednesday, May 11 at 8:00 a.m.

RV RESERVATIONS MAY BE CANCELLED AND ISSUED A 95% REFUND THROUGH APRIL 29

EACH RV RESERVATION INCLUDES
-One parking pass for the vehicle pulling the RV to park in front of the RV ONLY (all other vehicles must park in the general parking lot)
*if your RV is a rented/borrowed trailer being brought in by another party that will not need access to the RV lot after setting up please notify us when you place your reservation so we can make accommodations.
-Two 2-day grounds passes only. If there are more than 2 people staying in your RV you must purchase additional grounds admission passes for them. Ranch Rodeo Tickets serve as grounds admission passes for the day of show only, those staying in RV will need passes for both Friday and Saturday, if those staying have a Ranch Rodeo ticket for only 1 night they will be required to purchase a grounds pass for that additional day.
Staff will be checking grounds admission passes at Gate 3 and 5 of all occupants when a vehicle enters the facility.


RV Arrival Schedule
Wednesday, May 11 - 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 12 - 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday, May 13 - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
RVs will not be allowed to move in after 5 p.m. on Friday, May 13 for safety and efficiency

*** New rule for 2022 vendors, exhibitors and guests***There is a NO DOG policy that is being implemented this year. NO dogs are allowed on the facility grounds whether it is at your camper, booth or in a building. You will be asked to remove your dog from the premises. Only service pets are allowed and must be with the owner 100% of the time.


No reservations can be made for anyone living less than a 50-mile radius of Abilene. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

Western Heritage Classic RV has limited availability for 30 amp & 50-amp hookups. There are NO 50 amp full hookups available at this time. For the 2022 Western Heritage Classic all persons will have the option of reserving their own RV location online or calling the General Office on a first come/paid basis. That link will be available January 3, 2022. You will be required to have an email address to receive your RV arrival information.

Should you have an RV spot with no sewer hookups it will be at your own cost and responsibility to have a local plumbing company to pump your sewer. KEY CITY SEPTIC charges $50 a pump and can be contacted at 325-673-1225

Dry Dock is NOT an option anywhere on the facility.

2022 WHC Ranch Rodeo Pre-Sale Ticket Order Info

UPDATE: 4/7/2022
ALL PRE-SALE RANCH RODEO TICKETS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED.
EITHER BY E-MAIL OR STANDARD POSTAL SERVICE DEPENDING ON THE DELIVERY METHOD SELECTED ON THE ORDER.

All tickets that were requested to be sent via e-mail were sent out over the weekend. They have been sent from rjohnson@expoctc.com. If you do not see them in your inbox please check your spam folder as well.
All tickets that were requested to be sent via postal mail have been mailed except those that had large orders and/or have an RV Hookup reserved. These packets will be mailed out by Wednesday, April 6, with all tickets, tags, passes and information needed for your stay during the 2022 Western Heritage Classic.
When you receive your tickets, please review them at your earliest convenience so that we can fix any issues before tickets go on sale to the public next week Monday, April 11.

ALL pre-sale Ranch Rodeo ticket orders will be taken ONLY by mail for 2022.

Online and phone orders will NOT be accepted for this year’s pre-sale ticket orders.

A 2022 Pre-Sale Ticket Packet will be mailed Tuesday, February 1, 2022, to those that have pre-purchased Ranch Rodeo tickets in the last five years by mail, online, over the phone or at our General Office. Your original order form will need to be completed and postmarked or received in the General Office by Friday, March 11, 2022. These orders will be filled in the order in which they are received at the office, complete with payment information.

On the form you will be given the option to have your tickets emailed or mailed through the USPS. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL EMAIL AND MAILING ADDRESS INFORMATION IS CORRECT. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS DELIVERY PROCEDURES NOR WILL WE REPLACE ANY UNRECEIVED OR LOST TICKETS. Tickets will be e-mailed/mailed, per your instructions, April 2,2022.


Pre-purchasing option is nontransferable.
