ALL PRE-SALE RANCH RODEO TICKETS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED.
EITHER BY E-MAIL OR STANDARD POSTAL SERVICE DEPENDING ON THE DELIVERY METHOD SELECTED ON THE ORDER.
All tickets that were requested to be sent via e-mail were sent out over the weekend. They have been sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not see them in your inbox please check your spam folder as well.
All tickets that were requested to be sent via postal mail have been mailed except those that had large orders and/or have an RV Hookup reserved. These packets will be mailed out by Wednesday, April 6, with all tickets, tags, passes and information needed for your stay during the 2022 Western Heritage Classic.
When you receive your tickets, please review them at your earliest convenience so that we can fix any issues before tickets go on sale to the public next week Monday, April 11.

ALL pre-sale Ranch Rodeo ticket orders will be taken ONLY by mail for 2022.
Online and phone orders will NOT be accepted for this year’s pre-sale ticket orders.
A 2022 Pre-Sale Ticket Packet
will be mailed Tuesday, February 1, 2022, to those that have pre-purchased Ranch Rodeo tickets in the last
five years by mail, online, over the phone or at our General Office. Your original order form
will need to be completed and postmarked or received in the General Office by Friday, March 11, 2022. These orders will be filled in the order in which they are received at the office, complete with payment information.
On the form you will be given the option to have your tickets emailed or mailed through the USPS. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL EMAIL AND MAILING ADDRESS INFORMATION IS CORRECT. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS DELIVERY PROCEDURES NOR WILL WE REPLACE ANY UNRECEIVED OR LOST TICKETS. Tickets will be e-mailed/mailed, per your instructions, April 2,2022.
Pre-purchasing option is nontransferable.
