2022 Western Heritage Classic Applications will not be online or released until October 2021.


Deadline to apply for 2022 Western Heritage Classic will be Feb 3rd, 2022. New Applicants will be reviewed starting on Feb 4th.


Commercial Exhibitors

The Western Heritage Classic Trade Show is an invitational trade show that has continued to emerge and transform over the last 35+ years. The Taylor County Expo Center has had the privilege of hosting the elite of commercial vendors/exhibits during the Western Heritage Classic. We are thrilled that you would like to be considered to join us in celebrating true, western heritage and ranching traditions during our three-day extravaganza.

Our booth spaces vary in size, location, and venue to ensure that all Western Heritage Classic members, participants and enthusiasts are given the opportunity to experience all the Expo has to offer. We welcome around 30,000 visitors during our three-day event who are ready to shop till they drop, eat delicious food and experience great, action-packed ranching heritage.

The Western Heritage Classic reserves the right to assign space in accordance with other exhibitors and products. We strive to maintain a large variety of products in all areas and do our best to not overload one specific category. We do not offer exclusives. If you are interested in becoming a vendor and would like to be considered, please fill out the form below. Be sure to include as many details as possible along with pictures and/or brochures of your products and merchandise. Once your application is received it will be juried and carefully considered. If chosen, you will be notified by phone or e-mail and a final application/contract will be sent to you.

Set up for all vendors is Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 from 8am to 8pm. Vendors are required to have all products unloaded and set up during this time frame. We do not offer tables, chairs, curtains or name signs at this trade show. Please contact Henly Decorations at 806-763-3578 and they can assist you with getting you the proper things for your booth.


Cancellation Policy for the 2022 Western Heritage Classic

If you cancel prior to these dates you will receive a refund of the amounts listed.

  • Prior to February 15th- 100% refund
  • February 16th- March 10th- 75% refund
  • March 11th- April 10th- 50% refund
  • After April 11th- There will not be a refund

Outside Non- Food Vendors-
Outside Non- Food is sold by footage. Please see the application with map attached on the last page. Pricing is $35 per foot facing the NORTH side of the Midway and $40 per foot facing the south midway. Maximum Depth is 20 foot. If you need different accommodations then you will need to speak to the Exhibit Manager and pay extra. There is a map located on the PDF application.

Hours- Thursday 11am- 5pm , Friday 10 am -8pm and Saturday 8am-8pm
These are the mandatory hours however, you can open earlier or stay later.

Food Vendors-

Pricing- The cost is $600 for a full menu vendor (you offer more than one item) and a Single Vendor ( only sale one thing like snow cone, drinks, ice cream) is $450 each booth. There are no exclusives, but we do limit the types of cuisines that we have here.


All food booths are located outside on the midway strip that is located immediately north of all of the buildings/ shopping. Please see the application for mapping. Abilene Health Department has changed things for 2020 & 2021 do to Covid-19. Please make sure that you check in with them about requirements PRIOR to sending in your application. ** ANYONE WHO REQUIRES MORE THEN 2- 110 AMP PLUGS THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $25.

Big Country Hall-

This particular building has very high ceilings, so booth height is not a problem. There are no tables, drapes or supplies offered for booths. Your 10x10 location will be marked on the floor and you must stay within your booth space. Electricity is limited in this building. You can NOT block the thermostats. This building is completely air conditioned.

Hours– Thursday 12pm-5pm, Friday 10am- 8pm & Saturday 8am-8pm

Pricing- Big Country Hall- 10x10- $400 for regular booth and $425 for corner booths

Taylor Telecom Arena Vendors-

2021 will be the first year this building will be used. This building will hold the RHAA competition & Ranch Rodeo. All booths will be located immediately inside the foyer of the Arena. If you are a previous vendor in the old coliseum, this will be the exact thing, but with identical booth measurements. There is 51 booth spaces that are a 10x10. There will be no tables, drapes or supplies offered for booths. There is electricity along the walls, but you will be required to share outlets. This building is completely air conditioned. There are depth and/or height restrictions in this building in certain areas, so please make sure that you are aware of the booth space you are interested in.

Hours- Thursday 9am- 5pm, Friday 8am- Conclusion of the Rodeo & Saturday 8am – Conclusion of the Rodeo

Pricing- 10 x10 is $400 each, 5 x10 is $250, 10x20

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THIS DATE. THE SELECTION OF NEW VENDORS WILL START ON FEB 4TH.

Bit & Spur Show

One of the many draws of the Western Heritage Classic is the World's Largest Bit & Spur Show housed in the Round Building. There are over 200 vendors that participate in this awesome show of talent! So, come tour the world’s largest Bit and Spur Show to buy, sell, trade, or just see this spectacular display of collectible, antique, and contemporary western items.
