Application Deadlines

The deadline for ALL returning vendors to get their applications sent back is Monday, February 3rd by 5 pm.Applications for New Vendors will go “live” on that same Monday, February 3rd at 10 am. If you are a returning vendor or new vendor and have any questions in regards to the application or issues with the deadline please feel free to contact the Vendor Coordinator, Kerrey Russell, at krussell@expoctc.com.

The Western Heritage Classic Trade Show is an invitational trade show that has continued to emerge and transform over the last 30+ years. The Taylor County Expo Center has had the privilege of hosting the elite of commercial vendors/exhibits during the Western Heritage Classic. We are thrilled that you would like to be considered to join us in celebrating true, western heritage and ranching traditions during our three-day extravaganza.

Our booth spaces vary in size, location, and venue to ensure that all Western Heritage Classic members, participants and enthusiasts are given the opportunity to experience all the Expo has to offer. We welcome around 30,000 visitors during our three-day event who are ready to shop till they drop, eat delicious food and experience great, action-packed ranching heritage.

The Western Heritage Classic reserves the right to assign space in accordance with other exhibitors and products. We strive to maintain a large variety of products in all areas and do our best to not overload one specific category. We do not offer exclusives. If you are interested in becoming a vendor and would like to be considered, please fill out the form below. Be sure to include as many details as possible along with pictures and/or brochures of your products and merchandise. Once your application is received it will be juried and carefully considered. If chosen, you will be notified by phone or e-mail and a final application/contract will be sent to you.

Set up for all vendors is Wednesday, May 6th, 2020 from 8am to 7pm. Vendors are required to have all products unloaded and set up during this time frame.


Display Building- For the first time at Western Heritage Classic we will have vendors located in the Display Building. This building is 18,000 square foot, air conditioned and it will have 28 large 20 x 10 booths along the sides of the building and the fiddle contest will be held in this building on Saturday in the center. This location will be filled with a variety of Western related décor, boutiques, farming and ranching items as well as Western art. This building will be advertised and marked that it is open to the public for vendors. The map of the facility is located on the Display Building application.

Hours– Thursday 12pm-5pm, Friday 10am- 8pm & Saturday 8am-8pm

Pricing- 20 x 10 booth is $800

Food Booth-

Hours- Thursday 11am- 5pm , Friday 10 am -8pm and Saturday 8am-8pm

Pricing- The cost is $500 each booth for Non- Specialty food vendor, including electric usage for Wed- Sunday. The cost is $250 each booth for “specialty” food vendors , including electric usage for Wed- Sunday

Big Country Hall, Outside Non-food

Hours– Thursday 12pm-5pm, Friday 10am- 8pm & Saturday 8am-8pm

Pricing- Big Country Hall- 10x10- $400, Outside nonfood- see map pricing depends on location

Multi-Purpose Vendors-

Hours- Thursday 9am- 5pm, Friday 8am- Conclusion of the Rodeo & Saturday 8am – Conclusion of the Rodeo

Pricing- Refer to the map for exact booth pricing is $500.

We do not offer tables, chairs, curtains or name signs at this trade show. Please contact Henly Decorations at 806-763-3578 and they can assist you with getting you the proper things for your booth.

Big Country Hall & Multi-Purpose- are both indoor facilities that have AC and completely out of the weather.

Bit & Spur Show

One of the many draws of the Western Heritage Classic is the World's Largest Bit & Spur Show housed in the Round Building. There are over 200 vendors that participate in this awesome show of talent! So, come tour the world’s largest Bit and Spur Show to buy, sell, trade, or just see this spectacular display of collectible, antique, and contemporary western items.
