Early Bird Gets the Worm

We recommend that if you wish to stay in a hotel during Western Heritage Classic that you make your reservations at least a year in advance. Western Heritage Classic takes place the same weekend as Abilene Christian University, Hardin Simmons University, and McMurry University's graduation weekends in some years, therefore book early. RV spots are sold out for 2024. Check out any of the RV parks in Abilene for availabliity.

Parking

Free Public General Parking Available. First Come/First Served on the Expo Center Grounds through Gates 1, 2 and 6.

VIP Parking- Saturday Only
-Available for purchase online beginning in April, limited number available

-Pass will be placed on vehicle upon arrival at Gate K Saturday, May 11 after driver presents ID or a receipt that verifies purchase.

-Pass allows for come and go access to the VIP parking LOT all day Saturday, not a designated spot
