RHAA Competitors & those with the WHC Horse Sale will need to contact the Expo Center General Office to make reservations.
RV spots are $180.00 *Pricing is a flat rate regardless when you arrive or type of hookup, earliest arrival is Wednesday, May 11 at 8:00 a.m.
A 95% REFUND CAN BE ISSUED THROUGH APRIL 29.
EACH RV RESERVATION INCLUDES
-One parking pass for the vehicle pulling the RV to park in front of the RV ONLY (all other vehicles must park in the general parking lot)
*if your RV is a rented/borrowed trailer being brought in by another party that will not need access to the RV lot after setting up please notify us when you place your reservation so we can make accommodations.
-Two 2-day grounds passes only. If there are more than 2 people staying in your RV you must purchase additional grounds admission passes for them. Ranch Rodeo Tickets serve as grounds admission passes for the day of show only, those staying in RV will need passes for both Friday and Saturday, if those staying have a Ranch Rodeo ticket for only 1 night they will be required to purchase a grounds pass for that additional day.
Staff will be checking grounds admission passes at Gate 3 and 5 of all occupants when a vehicle enters the facility.
RV Arrival Schedule
Wednesday, May 11 - 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 12 - 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday, May 13 - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
RVs will not be allowed to move in after 5 p.m. on Friday, May 13 for safety and efficiency
*** New rule for 2022 vendors, exhibitors and guests***There is a NO DOG policy that is being implemented this year. NO dogs are allowed on the facility grounds whether it is at your camper, booth or in a building. You will be asked to remove your dog from the premises. Only service pets are allowed and must be with the owner 100% of the time.
No reservations can be made for anyone living less than a 50-mile radius of Abilene. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
Western Heritage Classic RV has limited availability for 30 amp & 50-amp hookups. There are NO 50 amp full hookups available at this time. For the 2022 Western Heritage Classic all persons will have the option of reserving their own RV location online or calling the General Office on a first come/paid basis. That link will be available January 3, 2022. You will be required to have an email address to receive your RV arrival information.
Please make sure to read the arrival information closely, gates have changed (will be opposite side of the grounds for 2022), arrival times have been updated and new rules implemented. Reviewing this before coming in will help prevent congestion at check in and allow for a smooth process.
Should you have an RV spot with no sewer hookups it will be at your own cost and responsibility to have a local plumbing company to pump your sewer. KEY CITY SEPTIC charges $50 a pump and can be contacted at 325-673-1225
Dry Dock is NOT an option anywhere on the facility.
